vfap promotes anthroposophical nursing as a professional discipline – through training, standards and networking. For the association we built an integrated solution: internal administration via Ondu, an academy website on Payload, and a Medusa-based booking system for courses.
Three tools that know each other.
The point of the setup isn't the tool selection – it's that the tools know each other. An enrolment in the academy lands directly in the administration; payments and confirmations flow from the same system; lecturers are managed with profiles, assignments and honoraria in the same admin. The association team sees everything in one place, instead of switching between systems.

Ondu as the source, the academy as the stage.
Almost the entire association's operations run inside Ondu: members, courses, lecturers, enrolments, honoraria. It's the central data source – the other building blocks draw their content from here.
On the academy website, the Medusa storefront is embedded. It pulls course information directly from Ondu and turns it into a bookable offering.
On top of that, the association uses Payload to fine-tune landing-page content and design sections – without affecting the central data in Ondu.
